    Seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute innovative marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness, drive revenue growth, and enhance the guest experience across our luxury hospitality, winery, spa, dining, and event offerings for South Coast Winer Resort & Spa, Carter Estate Winery and Resort and Carter Creek Winery and Resort(TX).

    This leadership role is ideal for a hospitality marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for storytelling and guest engagement, and enjoys creating impactful campaigns across digital, social, public relations, and traditional marketing platforms.

    Essential Responsibilities

    Develop and execute comprehensive strategic marketing plans aligned with company goals and revenue objectives.

    Manage and oversee marketing campaigns, promotional programs, and seasonal initiatives.

    Create and maintain a rolling 12-month content calendar across all brands and outlets.

    Capture and publish real-time content through photography, video, and social media storytelling.

    Oversee website content updates, digital marketing initiatives, and online brand presence.

    Analyze marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, Revinate, and social media insights.

    Coordinate public relations efforts, media visits, influencer partnerships, and press events.

    Monitor online reputation platforms and social media channels while ensuring timely guest engagement and responses.

    Collaborate with Rooms, Food & Beverage, Winery, Spa, and Sales teams to support resort-wide promotions and campaigns.

    Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and agency partnerships.

    Hire, train, mentor, and supervise marketing team members.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

    4–6 years of related marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, resort, winery, or luxury lifestyle brands.

    Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, public relations, and content development.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.

    Creative thinker with strong organizational and analytical skills.

    Experience with platforms such as Revinate, Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube preferred.
