    Tessie D. Edwards & Associates, P.C is centrally located in the heart of Atlanta, offering excellence in family law and criminal defense. Our mission is to assist families going through tough times to transition into a brighter tomorrow with vigorous legal advocacy when they need it most. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to support and execute our marketing and business development initiatives across digital, print, and community channels. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing professional who enjoys coordination, execution, and working closely with leadership and external partners. Responsibilities: Digital Marketing & Lead Generation • Own and manage paid digital marketing efforts, including Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads (LSA), Meta Ads, and other platforms, working with external vendors as needed. • Lead SEO strategy and execution, including keyword planning, content coordination, and local search optimization. • Monitor campaign performance (leads, CPL, conversion rates) and adjust strategy to improve ROI. • Maintain accuracy and optimization of online listings and directories. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization • Build and maintain marketing dashboards and KPI reports to track performance and ROI. • Analyze funnel performance and provide clear, actionable insights to leadership. • Use data to guide campaign decisions, prioritization, and budget allocation. Social Media, Content & Email Marketing (Including Newsletters) • Own and execute email marketing and newsletters, including: • Content planning and editorial calendars • Drafting and coordinating copy • List segmentation and audience targeting • Scheduling and distribution • Performance tracking (open rates, CTR, conversions) • Manage social media execution, content calendars, posting schedules, and engagement monitoring. • Coordinate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to ensure consistent brand voice and visual standards. CRM Workflow Development & Marketing Operations • Build, document, and optimize workflows within the CRM to support lead intake, nurturing, follow-up, and reporting. • Partner with intake, operations, and leadership to map the end-to-end lead journey from first contact through conversion. • Configure automation such as lead routing, status changes, alerts, tasks, and basic email workflows. • Ensure data integrity, consistent tagging, and accurate attribution across campaigns and channels. • Use CRM data to improve lead quality, response time, and conversion performance. Community Outreach & Events • Plan and coordinate community engagement initiatives, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and events. • Manage event logistics, marketing materials, and post-event follow-up. • Align outreach efforts with broader business development goals. Branding, Materials & Signage • Ensure consistent brand standards across all marketing channels and materials. • Oversee creation and production of signage, print collateral, and digital assets. • Manage marketing material inventory and vendor coordination. Vendor & Budget Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing vendors and agencies (PPC, SEO, design, printing, events). • Manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and performance expectations. • Track marketing spend and support annual planning and forecasting. Qualifications: Required Qualifications • 3–6+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related role. • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LSA). • Strong working knowledge of SEO, email marketing, analytics, and performance measurement. • Experience building or configuring CRM workflows, automations, or lead processes. • Excellent organizational and project management skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in a professional services or law firm environment preferred. • Familiarity with CRM and CMS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Lawmatics, MyCase, WordPress). • Experience coordinating vendors and external partners. • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus. Compensation: $75,000 per year
