    The Marketing Manager will play a critical leadership role in shaping and executing the marketing vision for The Noel Collective, overseeing both our established luxury brand and the launch and growth of our Sports & Entertainment brand. Reporting to the COO, this individual will own brand identity, marketing strategy, and client communication across all platforms. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, generating new business, and nurturing the client base through thoughtful, high-quality marketing initiatives. This is a full-time position based in our Green Hills office, with a hybrid schedule. Note: This role follows a standard Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional flexibility required to accommodate the dynamic nature of the real estate industry. While evenings and weekends are generally minimal, some availability may be needed as circumstances arise. Responsibilities: • Lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across BOTH The Noel Collective luxury brand and the Sports Entertainment brand , ensuring alignment and consistency • Oversee and manage all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube), including content creation, posting, and audience engagement • Develop and manage content calendars, campaigns, and brand initiatives that drive lead generation and client engagement • Own all marketing materials, including listing collateral, buyer/seller guides, newsletters, print assets, and digital campaigns • Manage MLS and Private Exclusive listings, including launch strategy and ongoing promotion • Oversee email and text marketing campaigns for listings, events, and client touch points • Plan and execute events, client appreciation initiatives, and brand activations in collaboration with leadership Qualifications: • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, luxury, or a fast-paced service-based industry • Strong expertise in content creation, especially social media (Reels, video, visual storytelling ) • Proficiency in tools such as Canva (required); Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred • Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, content generation platforms, or marketing automation tools) to support content creation, strategy, and workflow efficiency • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to take ownership and lead initiatives • Creative, strategic thinker with a strong understanding of branding, marketing trends, and client experience Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000
