    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to oversee and execute various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing email campaigns, creating marketing collateral, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the success of trade shows and advertising efforts. This role requires strong project management skills, creativity, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Marketing Strategy & Revenue Growth

    Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy for vape and OTP distribution

    Drive revenue through product launches, vendor promotions, and targeted campaigns

    Identify emerging vape and nicotine product trends to support sales growth

    Manage marketing budgets and track ROI

    Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

    Oversee email marketing, SMS campaigns, paid ads, SEO, and social media (within compliance guidelines)

    Build targeted campaigns for smoke shops, convenience stores, and retail chains

    Optimize conversion rates and customer acquisition funnels

    Manage website promotions and product marketing content

    ERP & Data-Driven Marketing (SAP B1 Preferred)

    Utilize sales data and reporting from SAP Business One to segment customers and drive campaigns

    Analyze purchasing trends, inventory movement, and top-performing SKUs

    Create dashboards and performance reports tied to revenue and profitability

    Compliance & Industry Regulations

    Ensure all marketing materials comply with FDA and state advertising regulations

    Stay current on nicotine and tobacco marketing restrictions

    Develop compliant promotional strategies for age-restricted products

    Sales & Vendor Collaboration

    Partner with Sales to support promotions and key account initiatives

    Coordinate co-op marketing campaigns with manufacturers

    Manage trade show marketing and distributor events

    Create marketing materials (catalogs, flyers, digital assets)

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    5+ years of marketing experience (vape, tobacco, nicotine, or regulated products preferred

    Experience in B2B marketing and wholesale distribution

    Strong knowledge of vape/OTP market trends

    Experience managing digital marketing campaigns

    Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills

    Preferred:

    Experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1)

    Experience marketing age-restricted or highly regulated products

    Trade show and event marketing experience

    CRM and marketing automation platform experience

    What We Offer:

    Competitive salary: $75,000–$110,000 (based on experience)
