    We're looking for a polished, driven Marketing Manager to join our small but mighty team. This is a hands-on role where you'll own our marketing efforts across multiple channels — from email campaigns and social media to podcast coordination and direct outreach to prospective clients. If you're organized, creative, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities: • Managing HubSpot CRM, email campaigns, and contact lists • Conducting direct outreach to prospective clients and booking speaking and podcast appearances • Coordinating podcast production and guest scheduling, and managing our YouTube channel • Creating graphics and visual content using Canva or similar tools • Writing blog posts and social media content consistent with our brand voice • Managing and growing our online community and promoting virtual events and masterclasses • Tracking outreach and marketing performance and reporting on results Qualifications: What We're Looking For: • HubSpot experience required • Experience utilizing AI tools, including Claude • Strong writing and communication skills • Proficiency in Canva or a comparable design tool • Social media management experience • Podcast or YouTube coordination experience is a strong plus • Background in financial services or professional services is a plus, but not required • Polished, professional presence — clients are high-achieving attorneys • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities independently Compensation: $30 - $38 hourly
