    Job Description

    • Agency Management:
      Provide day-to-day oversight of the Marketing Agency’s activities, ensuring campaigns, content, and digital strategies align with business goals and deliver measurable results.

    • Strategic Alignment:
      Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership to ensure marketing efforts are directly supporting sales pipeline development, lead nurturing, and customer acquisition initiatives. Provide oversight/guidance on digital sales strategies.

    • Tradeshow Planning & Execution:
      Lead the strategic planning and execution of tradeshows and events, coordinating with internal stakeholders, the marketing agency, and logistics teams to ensure seamless and impactful participation.

    • Budget Oversight:
      Manage the marketing budget, including agency costs, advertising, event expenses, and promotional materials. Ensure effective resource allocation and adherence to financial targets.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
      Work with Sales and Executive teams to create aligned messaging, target audience strategies, and campaign materials that reflect business objectives.

    • Performance Analysis:
      Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing activities to assess ROI and inform future strategies.

    • Content & Campaign Support:
      Oversee the development of content and campaigns, ensuring messaging consistency across channels and that timelines and deliverables are met.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
    • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including managing external marketing partners or agencies (3PL experience preferred)
    • Proven track record of aligning marketing efforts with sales strategy to drive revenue outcomes
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
    • Experience planning and executing tradeshows and events
    • Solid understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and performance analytics tools
    • High degree of proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and proficiency in project management software and tools
    • Excellent professional level written and verbal communication skills - ability to interface and communicate effectively with multiple functional groups, geographic regions, different levels of internal and external client organizations
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, other departments, and interact with various work behavior styles
    • Highly self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines within an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
    • Must exercise judgment to make high level decisions that will result in a positive impact to the team and company
    • Budget management and strategic planning experience required

    ** Work Environment/Physical Requirements**

    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and smartphones. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate (verbal/written), converse with, and exchange information with others. The employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time; occasionally move between their workspace and office machinery. The person in this position must operate a computer and may operate other office machinery such as a copy machine, printer, calculator; and pull/retrieve/file documents in a filing cabinet. May need to position oneself to move between tight, high, or low spaces. Seeing abilities required by this job include detecting/identifying/recognizing/inspecting objects close to the employee, within a distance, peripherally, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
