We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on Senior E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online growth, customer acquisition, and retention strategy.

Role Overview This position owns the full digital growth ecosystem, including paid media, email automation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), Shopify performance, and campaign execution.
Your primary goal: Increase revenue, conversion rate, and customer lifetime value.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can both build strategy and execute.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute digital growth strategies aligned with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and retail activations.
Identify opportunities to increase Conversion Rate (CR), Average Order Value (AOV), and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
Collaborate with retail, sales, and inventory teams to ensure cohesive promotions.
Paid Media Management:
Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp)
Manage full-funnel campaigns (prospecting, retargeting, catalog sales).
Execute Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns to drive direct sales.
Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and lead-to-sale conversion.
Implement and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and offline event tracking.
Test creative formats (Reels vs Feed, static vs video, UGC hooks).
Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)
Manage Google Search, Shopping, and PMAX campaigns.
Oversee YouTube in-stream and discovery ads.
Optimize product feeds via Merchant Center.
Implement GA4 Enhanced Conversions and Google Tag Manager.
Optimize for impression share, CTR, and ROAS.
TikTok & Pinterest Ads
Manage Spark Ads and Video Shopping Ads.
Develop UGC-focused creative strategies.
Implement and optimize TikTok Pixel and Pinterest Tag.
Manage Pinterest Shopping Ads and product catalogs.
Email Marketing & Automation (Klaviyo)
Build and maintain high-converting automated flows:
Welcome Series
Abandoned Cart
Browse Abandonment
Win-Back
Execute weekly campaigns and newsletters.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, and send times.
Implement advanced segmentation based on purchase behavior and engagement.
Design mobile-first, on-brand email templates.
Maintain list hygiene and drive subscriber growth.
Primary objective: Maximize retention and lifetime value.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & UX
Conduct UX/UI audits for mobile and desktop.
Set up and analyze heatmaps (Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity).
Run A/B tests on product pages and checkout flows.
Improve site speed and Core Web Vitals.
Identify friction points and optimize the customer journey.
Shopify & Technical Oversight
Troubleshoot Shopify (Liquid) issues.
Manage third-party app integrations and resolve conflicts.
Implement theme updates and front-end adjustments.
Monitor performance and ensure rapid resolution for critical site issues.
Analytics & Reporting
Track key metrics including:
ROAS
Conversion Rate
AOV
CTR
Email performance
Bounce rate
Use Shopify Analytics, GA4, Klaviyo, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager.
Provide biweekly or monthly reports with actionable insights and optimization plans.
Qualifications
At least 3+ years experience in e-commerce or performance marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Shopify
Klaviyo
Meta Ads
Google Ads
Proven track record of scaling online revenue and improving ROAS.
Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization principles.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Experience in fashion, jewelry, beauty, or lifestyle brands preferred.
Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically.
Compensation Full-Time | $23–$30 per hour (based on experience and expertise)
