Regular commuting to both Duvall and Bellevue is required. Some evenings and weekends are expected as needed based on listing schedules, transaction timelines, and business demands. Responsibilities: • Support the Owner/Broker with day-to-day business operations • Manage calendars, scheduling, and internal coordination • Maintain smooth office operations and systems • Track expenses and assist with budgeting • Create and improve systems and procedures • Support multiple agents with administrative needs • Maintain and clean the CRM/database • Execute drip campaigns and follow-up systems • Track client birthdays and home anniversaries • Assist with lead intake and routing • Ensure accurate reporting and data integrity • Plan and execute social media content • Create and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business • Coordinate listing and team video content • Track engagement and marketing performance • Maintain brand consistency across platforms • Update website and online profiles • Execute listing marketing plans from start to finish • Create brochures, feature sheets, and buyer/seller packets • Upload listing photos and videos • Manage listing updates (price changes, back-on-market, etc.) • Enhance listings across MLS and third-party platforms • Support clients through the closing process Qualifications: • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail • Strong sense of urgency and ownership • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (Canva, Google, Instagram, and Monday.com) • Social media and digital marketing experience required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving abilities • Discretion and confidentiality • Service-minded with a “CAN and WILL DO” attitude • Comfortable handling strong personalities • Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Real estate experience preferred (not required) Licensing Requirement Willingness to obtain a Washington State Real Estate License upon hiring, with reimbursement upon completion Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000
