    Job Overview

    We are looking for a Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support both our Montessori School and Insurance Agency by handling marketing initiatives, tracking business performance, and ensuring seamless operations. This role requires creativity, organization, and flexibility to manage reporting, content creation, and event planning across both businesses.

    Key Responsibilities

    Marketing & Content Creation

    Develop and post engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (daily, weekly, or as scheduled).

    Work closely with the in-house videographer to coordinate and produce professional video content each month.

    Create and edit marketing materials using Canva and other design tools.

    Design and distribute a monthly newsletter to engage clients and prospects.

    Stay updated on the latest insurance trends to create relevant and timely content.

    Data & Reporting

    Work within CRM, AMS, PLECTO, and other business systems to track and analyze data.

    Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports tracking new closed business vs. lost business and the source of leads.

    Event Planning & Operations Support

    Plan and execute company events, including quarterly meetings.

    Assist with general errands and flexible business needs as required.

    Support website updates and maintenance through the SEO company.

    Collaboration & Administrative Duties

    Be detail-oriented and organized to manage multiple tasks effectively.

    Work seamlessly across two businesses (Montessori School & Insurance Agency).

    Utilize Excel, Microsoft 365, shared folders, and other tech tools efficiently.

    Create and edit videos using an iPhone for quick content updates.

    Key Skills & Qualifications

    Experience with social media marketing, content creation, and analytics tools.

    Strong proficiency in Excel, Canva, Microsoft 365, and shared file systems.

    Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports.

    Excellent event planning and organizational skills.

    Flexibility and willingness to handle various tasks, including occasional errands.

    Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

    Proficient in English & Spanish ( Spanish speaking is a plus )
