    Marketing Operations Intern

    Position Summary:

    The Marketing Operations Intern will support MCPC’s Marketing team during the Summer 2026 semester, assisting with the operational tasks that keep campaigns running and data accuate. This is a great opportunity for a student interested in marketing analytics, CRM systems, and how modern B2B marketing teams operate day-to-day.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support CRM data hygiene efforts including contact updates, list segmentation, and deduplication

    • Assist with campaign tracking, UTM tagging, and performance reporting

     

    • Help maintain marketing platform workflows including email scheduling and basic automation setup

    • Pull and organize weekly and monthly reporting dashboards for team review

    • Assist with research projects and competitive data gathering as directed

    • Handle administrative tasks such as updating campaign calendars, content trackers, and project boards

    Key Outcomes of this Position:

    • CRM data is cleaner and more consistently maintained by end of semester, enabling better targeting and attribution

    • Marketing reporting is more timely and accessible to the full team throughout the summer


    Required Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled in an accredited program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

     

     

    • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) or a strong willingness to learn

     

     

    • Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) for data entry and basic analysis

     


    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Exposure to email marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact

    • Interest in data, marketing analytics, or marketing technology platforms

    • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or similar

    • Standard office environment

    • No additional physical requirements beyond typical desk work.

    IT Supply Chain – MCPC offers expert level supply chain services to help clients in the process of assembling, securing, managing, and delivering desk-ready IT inventory.

     

     

    Managed Deployment – Coordination of experienced IT technicians ensuring clients’ devices, servers, data, and more are securely delivered, protected, and supported.

     

     

    Secure Technology Asset Disposition - Allows clients to remove old or outdated devices from their environment. Our facility will erase all data to Department of Defense standards and provide reverse logistics to the client as to whether their devices can be repurposed, recycled, or disposed of properly.
