    Build the Marketing Engine for a High-Growth SaaS Innovator (Hybrid NYC Area)

    A rapidly scaling SaaS company that’s revolutionizing how enterprises manage information security and customer data is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to be a foundational member of their team, responsible for building their digital demand generation function from the ground up.

    This isn't a role for someone who just uses martech; it's for someone who has implemented, owned, and managed complex martech stacks and processes. If you have a proven track record of driving inbound leads for enterprise software (not just consumer brands), we want to talk to you.

    What You'll Do:

    • Architect and own the digital marketing engine, focusing on inbound lead generation.
    • Design, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Display, etc.) with a keen eye on ROI and lead quality.
    • Spearhead A/B testing and experimentation across ads, landing pages, and funnels to continuously improve performance.
    • Dive deep into analytics (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.), translating data into actionable insights to optimize campaigns at a systems level.
    • Leverage and implement marketing automation tools to enhance efficiency and personalize customer journeys.
    • Handle the technical implementation of tracking pixels, conversion events, and attribution models to ensure precise measurement.
    • Stay ahead of the curve on modern marketing tech and AI-enabled workflows.

    What You Bring:

    • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally gained in startups or marketing agencies, where you've had the opportunity to build and own processes.
    • Strong background in Enterprise B2B SaaS marketing and demand generation.
    • Demonstrated ability to measure performance at a systems level, not just channel.
    • Comfort with technical implementation in addition to design or messaging.
    • Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid digital channels.
    • Proficiency with analytics and marketing automation tools.
