    FourPoint Business is an integrated back-office services company serving small and mid-sized businesses throughout Middle Tennessee and beyond. Our service lines include Marketing, Bookkeeping, Consulting, and Managed IT, all delivered under one roof. We target businesses in the $1 to $5M revenue range that need enterprise-level systems without the overhead of building them internally.

    Our marketing team handles everything from website design and paid advertising to SEO, content marketing, and client reporting. We work with a portfolio of active clients while also regularly engaging new prospects through structured discovery and analysis processes.

    ROLE OVERVIEW

    The Marketing Operations Specialist is a hands-on execution role responsible for managing day-to-day marketing deliverables across our client portfolio and internal brand. You will own the production and delivery of client work, including website projects, paid ad campaigns, SEO, content, email, and reporting. This role requires a generalist who is comfortable moving between platforms and project types without losing attention to quality or deadlines.

    You will work closely with the Marketing Department Head and coordinate with the sales team to support the full client lifecycle, from pre-sale analysis to onboarding to ongoing monthly services.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

    Website Design and Development

    Build and manage client websites on WordPress

    Execute website redesigns from kickoff through launch, following established project timelines

    Handle on-page SEO setup, including meta tags, schema, and page structure

    Manage ongoing website maintenance, updates, and hosting for active clients

    Search Engine Optimization

    Execute monthly local SEO services including on-page optimization, citation building, and keyword tracking

    Coordinate with content writers to ensure blog posts are properly formatted, SEO-optimized, and published correctly

    Monitor and report on keyword rankings and organic traffic performance for client accounts

    Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for clients, including updates, posts, and review monitoring

    Paid Advertising

    Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for client accounts

    Build, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns

    Set up proper UTM tracking and ensure campaign data flows correctly into Google Analytics 4

    Prepare monthly performance summaries and flag optimization opportunities

    Email Marketing and Content

    Build and send client email campaigns, newsletters, and outreach sequences

    Format blog posts in HTML using the established three-box structure (title and slug, meta details, content)

    Assist in writing or editing marketing copy for landing pages, ads, emails, and social posts

    Develop and maintain content calendars for active clients

    Reporting and Analysis

    Produce formatted marketing analysis reports for prospective clients, covering website audits, SEO performance, competitive landscape, and Google Business Profile assessment

    Compile monthly client performance reports drawing from GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and search ranking data

    Support the discovery process by pulling organic traffic data, competitor research, and website analysis ahead of prospect meetings

    Client and Project Coordination

    Manage active project timelines and communicate status updates to internal stakeholders

    Support client onboarding using the established 30-minute kickoff framework and intake process

    Draft Scopes of Work, proposal line item descriptions, and follow-up emails using GoHighLevel

    Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proposals are accurate and delivered on time

    TOOLS AND PLATFORMS

    Proficiency in the following tools is required or strongly preferred:

    GoHighLevel (CRM, proposals, invoicing, email)

    WordPress (Elementor, WPBakery, or similar page builders)

    RankMath or Yoast SEO

    Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager

    Google Ads Manager

    Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram)

    Adobe Programs including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom

    Canva or equivalent design tool

    Google Search Console

    Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Required:

    2 or more years of hands-on digital marketing experience covering multiple service areas (SEO, paid ads, web, or email)

    Demonstrated experience managing client work in an agency or multi-client environment

    Working knowledge of WordPress website management and basic HTML

    Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign setup and optimization

    Ability to produce professional written deliverables including reports, emails, and SOWs

    Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously

    Preferred:

    Experience with GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM and proposal platform

    Familiarity with local SEO best practices including citation management and Google Business Profile optimization

    Experience using GA4 for campaign tracking and reporting

    Exposure to the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework
