    Company Overview: We are a fast-growing startup program within a company with 18 years of industry leadership, focused on cross-border e-commerce and logistics. We are seeking a Client Success Specialist to manage post-sales client relationships, oversee order fulfillment, and handle billing and special cases such as product returns.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Client Onboarding & Account Management:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after the sales team finalizes contracts.

    Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to operational support.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

    Order Management:

    Assist clients in processing orders through our system, ensuring accuracy in order details.

    Track orders from submission to delivery, proactively providing updates to clients.

    Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues that arise during the order fulfillment process.

    Billing & Invoicing:

    Calculate and generate accurate invoices for clients based on the products ordered.

    Ensure timely and accurate billing and address any client inquiries regarding invoices.

    Handling Special Cases:

    Manage product returns, undelivered orders, or other special cases with efficiency and professionalism.

    Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to resolve issues and provide timely solutions to clients.

    Corporate Communication:

    Produce engaging content for the company’s LinkedIn account and website.

    Assist in the creation of company presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials.

    Maintain consistency in tone and branding across all communications.

    Lead Generation Support:

    Design email campaigns and newsletters to promote product information and company news.

    Utilize email marketing tools to execute campaigns and reach potential customers.

    Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements for future outreach efforts.

    Trade Show and Exhibition Support:

    Coordinate logistics for trade show participation, including managing timelines, vendor communication, and booth setup.

    Assist in booth design and the preparation of marketing materials for exhibitions.

    Generate and disseminate show information internally and externally.

    Ad-Hoc Marketing Tasks:

    Provide additional marketing support as needed, including assistance with special projects or urgent tasks.

    Requirements:

    1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or cross-border business.

    Major in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Other majors are welcome.

    Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).

    Familiarity with Canva and content creation tools.

    Knowledge of video editing and/or Photoshop is a plus.

    Passionate about creating creative content and eager to learn.

    Curious, self-motivated, and willing to dive into new challenges.
