Job Description
Assist attorneys for Universal Destinations & Experiences with review of a wide range of marketing and advertising collateral across all channels, including marketing toolkits, press releases, websites, mobile applications, and social media content to ensure compliance with FTC and marketing laws, trademarks, rights of privacy/rights of publicity, intellectual property license agreements, and corporate guidelines. Review scripts and storyboards for social media, radio and television commercials. Review and prepare first-draft product and offer terms and conditions, deal memos, and boilerplate marketing contracts including disclosures, promotions/sweepstakes rules and agreements, advertising orders, waivers/releases/indemnity agreements, and other marketing and advertising related agreements, and revise based on attorney and client feedback. Draft correspondence. Track deadlines. Maintain contract files. Manage clearance lists, training materials, and guidelines.
Assist in monitoring compliance with company-wide policies and initiatives related to customer data, privacy and security. Act as a first point of contact for general day-to-day inquiries and as a filter to facilitate answers to queries across all internal departments as needed. Perform additional tasks as directed.
