    Marketing Program Manager

    Position Summary

    The Program Manager partners with senior leadership to define strategy and oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects. This role ensures program plans, schedules, and budgets are met while leading teams, resolving challenges, and maintaining quality, client satisfaction, and profitability.

    Compensation

    $90,000 – $100,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility. Final compensation is based on experience, education, and qualifications.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead the full program lifecycle from planning through execution and closeout.

    Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.

    Develop and manage schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and risk mitigation strategies.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and executive sponsors.

    Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics.

    Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and process enhancements.

    Collaborate with local, regional, and firmwide teams.

    Support and implement systems and procedures to improve program performance.

    Contribute to business development by promoting REC services and supporting proposals and interviews.

    Provide technical and program leadership to ensure quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

    Participate in professional organizations to support REC’s industry presence.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.

    Minimum 5 years of program management experience.

    Proven success managing multidisciplinary programs and projects.

    Demonstrated proposal and bid experience.

    Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

    Ability to lead teams and interact effectively at all organizational levels.

    Valid driver’s license and ability to pass company MVR requirements.

    Supervisory Responsibilities

    Manage and provide oversight to project staff and technical support personnel.
