    The opportunity

    We are looking for a Marketing Program Manager to join Marketing Program Management Team at Adobe! Our team plays a crucial role in the Global Marketing Organization, responsible for efficiently planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing programs, campaigns, and releases. Our objective is to improve brand transparency, engage target audiences, and achieve measurable business objectives while promoting innovation and teamwork. This role requires a combination of creative thinking, analytical skills, and project management expertise.

    As a Marketing Program Manager, you will have a significant impact in supporting the implementation of diverse marketing programs, such as product launches, campaigns, and customer retention initiatives. This position demands strong organizational skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

    What you’ll do

    • Support end-to-end marketing programs to align with company objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing channels, product teams, and internal Studio partners, to ensure seamless execution.
    • Maintain and distribute program documentation, including project timelines, review schedules, and meeting notes.
    • Aid in setting up review and approval schedules with essential collaborators.
    • Ensure content production aligns with the communications plan, customer journey, and regional needs.
    • Participate in creative reviews to assess production, licensing, and budget implications.
    • Coordinate production reviews and approvals, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
    • Coordinate and document meetings, providing timely updates to all relevant parties.
    • Schedule meetings, take notes, and ensure they are accurately distributed afterward.

    What you need to succeed

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of program/project management experience preferably with a marketing management background.
    • Consistent track record of successfully planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing programs to drive business results.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, run multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, JIRA, and Wiki (Adobe Workfront experience highly desired).
    • Excellent business partner management and presentation skills.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $84,300 -- $163,400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
