We are a women & girls mental health counseling practice located in the heart of Bethesda, MD, and are looking for a local person on a flexible, per diem role who is outgoing, gregarious, and motivated to deliver our marketing materials to local offices around our office and in Montgomery County. We believe in the power of visibility and personal touch, and we're looking for the right individual to help us spread the word - literally! Our pay structure & job details are as follows: • You are responsible for your own taxes and submit an invoice for payment every 2 weeks. • Base pay is $50 each week worked, plus $2.50 per office visited (so if you see and deliver materials to 100 offices, then your pay will be $250 for that, plus the base of $50). Documentation of all offices reached and the outcome is required for payment. • Reimbursement for parking fees will be paid as well. Responsibilities: We are seeking a friendly and reliable marketing person to represent our brand by delivering marketing materials (flyers, brochures, promo items, etc.) to local businesses and organizations. All marketing material will be provided by the practice. This person will be the face of our company in that community - creating connections, sharing our message, and ensuring our brand stays visible and respected. This role is temporary and flexible. We recommend that you not market on Mondays or Fridays but instead focus on Tuesdays - Thursdays as most offices are open during these days. • Visit local businesses, offices & community hubs to distribute branded marketing materials • Build and maintain relationships with business owners and staff • Represent the company in a positive, professional manner at all times • Track and report delivery progress and business engagement • Identify new outreach opportunities in the community Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Outgoing, enthusiastic, and self-motivated • Dependable and punctual • Comfortable working independently in the field • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required • Familiarity with the local area is a plus
