    Exquisite Properties | San Antonio & Houston (Based in San Antonio) Exquisite Properties is growing, and we’re seeking a creative, organized, and driven Marketing Coordinator to elevate our brand and support our expanding team across San Antonio and Houston. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who thrives on ownership, innovation, and building systems that scale. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand presence, improving internal marketing operations, and supporting agent success. Responsibilities: Marketing Management & Social Media • Create, schedule, and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms • Film and edit short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) at closings, office moments, and team activities • Manage online advertising initiatives • Capture behind-the-scenes culture content • Collaborate with agents to elevate their listings and personal brands • Update and maintain website content • Strengthen brand recognition across markets Graphic Design & Marketing Materials • Listing presentations and property marketing materials • Flyers, brochures, and recruiting collateral • Business cards and agent branding assets • Office signage and internal materials • Creation and maintenance of brand style guides • Oversight of logo usage and brand standards Adobe experience preferred (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Adobe Express), but not required. Process Improvement & Operations • Revamp marketing workflows and internal processes • Improve efficiency and reduce errors across marketing systems • Develop scalable procedures and documentation • Coordinate marketing initiatives across departments Recruiting Support • Develop and update recruiting presentations and materials • Maintain recruiting assets aligned with company branding • Support recruiting initiatives through marketing campaigns Closing Basket Program • Source and maintain on-brand items for complimentary closing gifts • Assemble baskets and manage inventory • Ensure consistent quality and presentation Vendor Management • Coordinate and communicate with external vendors • Oversee timelines, quality, and deliverables • Manage vendor relationships as needed Team Support & Leadership • Provide marketing support to agents across both markets • Offer leadership within the marketing function • Manage and delegate tasks to virtual assistants • Maintain accountability for marketing deliverables Company Store & Merchandise • Manage employee swag store • Order and track branded merchandise • Maintain inventory of promotional items Qualifications: Who You Are • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Creative, proactive, and self-motivated • Comfortable filming and editing video content • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Professional, polished, and brand-conscious • Excited to contribute to a growing real estate brokerage Bonus Points If You: • Have real estate marketing experience • Understand social media growth strategies and analytics • Thrive in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment • Enjoy taking ownership and building systems from the ground up Compensation: $45,000- $50,000 annually
