Marketing Project Manager
Job Overview:
The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing projects and campaigns from kickoff through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while aligning marketing initiatives with organizational goals, brand standards, and creative strategy. The Marketing Project Manager serves as the operational hub between marketing, creative, production, and external partners—bringing structure, clarity, and accountability to all marketing efforts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, including campaigns, launches, events, and ongoing initiatives
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, task assignments, and milestones
Lead project kickoffs, status meetings, and post‑campaign reviews
Ensure deliverables meet deadlines, quality standards, and strategic objectives
Coordinate cross‑functional teams including marketing, creative, production, digital, and external vendors
Translate campaign goals into actionable project plans and workflows
Track campaign progress and adjust timelines or resources as needed
Ensure all campaign components (creative, media, digital, events) are aligned and delivered cohesively
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned marketing projects
Communicate project status, risks, and updates to leadership and stakeholders
Ensure clear communication between departments to prevent bottlenecks or misalignment
Manage expectations and proactively resolve issues
Establish and maintain marketing project workflows, tools, and documentation through Monday.com software
Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
Ensure marketing assets meet brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Support final reviews and approvals prior to launch or distribution
Create monthly update meetings to expedite, reporting, and execution
Professional Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in marketing project management or campaign coordination
Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with project management tools (Monday.com preferred)
Education and/or Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (4 Year Degree); or 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent
