Move Forward AZ is hiring a Marketing Project Coordinator to support the execution and coordination of marketing initiatives across the business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, managing timelines, organizing deliverables, coordinating vendors, and ensuring marketing projects are completed accurately and on schedule. You’ll work closely with leadership, agents, and creative partners to help keep campaigns, events, and marketing operations running smoothly. From coordinating marketing requests and managing project timelines to organizing assets and tracking deliverables, your ability to create structure and follow-through will directly support the team’s growth and client experience. Compensation • Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 • PTO • Bonus opportunities Responsibilities: • Coordinate marketing projects from planning through completion • Manage timelines, deadlines, and communication between internal stakeholders and vendors • Track marketing requests and ensure projects stay organized and on schedule • Assist with the coordination of social media scheduling and content calendars • Maintain marketing databases, files, templates, and digital assets • Support event coordination, client appreciation initiatives, and community outreach efforts • Coordinate print orders, signage, branded materials, and vendor communication • Assist with email marketing campaigns and database organization • Ensure consistency and accuracy across marketing materials and communications • Help improve internal marketing systems and operational workflows Qualifications: • Experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, administrative support, or operations is preferred • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously • Excellent communication and follow-through • Comfortable working in a fast-paced small business environment • Able to prioritize tasks and adapt as business needs shift • Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach • Real estate experience is helpful but not required Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000
