Marketing Project Coordinator

Our client, a well-known residential developer building new home communities throughout the greater Seattle area, is looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator to project manage their community openings. This homebuilder focuses on creating and designing quality homes, kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor living spaces. They offer great benefits and a culture that values work/life balance.
This role will be responsible for planning and executing model home launches, working with vendors such as staging companies, scheduling and set up as well as making sure collateral and signage ensure consistent brand messaging. This person will work on a small collaborative team and will oversee a Marketing Coordinator.
Marketing Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of new community openings, including scheduling, staging, vendor coordination, as well as purchasing thank-you gifts and handling all other logistics to ensure seamless events.
- Coordinate payments, set up billings, and work within a pre-determined budget.
- Hire and manage vendors to support model home openings and related events.
- Oversee the creation and production of marketing materials including flyers, direct mail, and sales collateral in coordination with advertising partners and internal teams.
- Monitor website performance and campaign metrics to optimize budget efficiency, ROI, and lead conversion.
- Maintain dashboards and marketing reports that track performance across all platforms and channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand messaging and enhance product presentation.
- Uphold ethical standards and professionalism in all business interactions to support customer satisfaction and company reputation.
- Oversee a Marketing Coordinator, giving direction, and ensuring they meet KPIs while mentoring and developing this individual.
Marketing Project Coordinator Qualifications:
- At least 3 years’ experience with project coordination/management, preferably with some leadership experience.
- Experience in real estate, homebuilding, construction, interior design or a related industry is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems independently, and contribute to team success.
- Must have a car and valid driver’s license and willing to drive for errands or to community openings in Snohomish and North King County

Compensation: $80-87k/year + annual bonus potential of up to 10k
