    We’re looking for a growth-minded marketing and media manager to oversee podcast production, YouTube growth, and Facebook/geo-targeted advertising. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and results-oriented with experience managing digital content from concept to conversion. Responsibilities: • Manage podcast production from recording through publishing (editing, show notes, uploads, and promotion). • Grow our YouTube channel using SEO, analytics, and storytelling strategy. • Create and manage Facebook and geo-targeted ad campaigns for lead generation and audience growth. • Repurpose content across platforms to build brand visibility and consistency. • Track analytics, optimize content, and report on results. • Collaborate with Valerie Upham and team on content calendars, creative direction, and messaging. Qualifications: Requirements • Proven experience in podcast or video production and digital marketing. • Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and channel management. • Skilled in Facebook Ads Manager and campaign optimization. • Proficient with Canva, Adobe, or similar creative tools. • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through. • Growth mindset and passion for helping meaningful brands scale. Compensation: $25 - $32 hourly
