    The Marketing Project Manager will lead the development and execution of complex initiatives, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from planning through launch. This includes coordinating cross-functional internal teams, collaborating with brand partners, and managing external agencies and vendors to ensure flawless execution.

    The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, agile problem solver, confident communicator, and collaborative team player who can navigate ambiguity and bring clarity to complex situations.

    Marketing Project Manager Responsibilities:

    • Lead end-to-end project management of high-visibility partnership marketing campaigns, coordinating efforts across internal teams and external partners to deliver outstanding results.
    • Drive cross-functional collaboration by ensuring alignment, accountability, and momentum throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
    • Develop and implement scalable processes and frameworks that support multiple business units, enhancing operational efficiency and creative excellence.
    • Manage program timelines and deliverables, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions to keep projects on track and stakeholders well-informed.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
    • Perform well under pressure, maintaining focus and composure while juggling multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Align project timelines with broader marketing calendars, ensuring consistency and coordination across all initiatives.

    Marketing Project Manager Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in marketing project management, leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
    • Proven expertise in managing end-to-end creative workflows—from concept through production.
    • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools, including Smartsheets, Microsoft Office Suite, Miro, and Slack.
    • Skilled in managing third-party partners, including contract oversight and vendor coordination.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a talent for navigating ambiguity and driving projects to completion.
