RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing one of the premier construction companies in Florida with headquarters in Doral, FL that is currently seeking a Marketing and Proposal Manager. This is a full-time, permanent role with excellent compensation and benefits package.

This role is responsible for developing content, graphics, and strategic messaging across a wide range of deliverables, including proposals, marketing collateral, brochures, social media campaigns, press releases, news articles, and internal communications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience writing and producing content specific to the construction and design industry. This position reports directly to the Vice President.

Key job duties, among others:

• Create, edit, and manage a wide range of marketing, proposal, and technical content across multiple platforms.

• Develop creative strategies to improve brand visibility, messaging, and social media presence.

• Research, organize, and maintain project data, documentation repositories, and reference materials.

• Collaborate with staff through interviews and planning sessions to produce accurate project sheets, resumes, and qualification submissions.

• Lead and support award submissions, RFQ/RFP proposals, bid packages, and other recognition or qualification efforts.
