    Job Description

    Our AI start-up client is building its go-to-market function for the first time, following the recent hires of Head of Sales and CS and Head of Marketing. The People team needs a dedicated recruiter to own all GTM hiring. Zero-to-one build, high autonomy, direct interface with senior marketing and CS leaders.

    Functional priority: Marketing is core ("the yolk"). Customer Success is secondary. Sales is tertiary, useful during marketing slowdowns.

    • Growth Marketing Lead (P0)

    • Influencer Marketing Manager (P0)

    • Social Media Manager (P1)

    • Senior Motion Designer (P1)

    • Community Manager (P2, TBD)

    • Marketing Operations (P2, TBD)

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Must-Have Requirements

    • 6+ years full-cycle recruiting
    • 3+ years marketing-primary experience, recent (within last 3 years)
    • Startup / zero-to-one experience, high autonomy
    • Bay Area based, commutable to Redwood City Mon/Wed/Fri
    • Anthropic AI preferred tool familiarity

    Disqualifiers

    • 5+ year gap from marketing recruiting
    • Big-company only background
    • Needs heavy HM guidance / low autonomy
    • No marketing recruiting depth
