    The Personal Injury Marketing Representative is responsible for building strategic referral relationships with personal injury attorneys and other injury-related professionals. This role includes networking, in-person visits, lunches, event attendance, and consistent follow-up to drive new PI patient referrals to the practice. This position is ideal for someone who is energetic, highly social, self-driven, and enjoys building long-term professional relationships. Responsibilities: Develop, grow, and maintain referral relationships with: • Personal injury attorneys. • Case managers. • Medical offices and rehab facilities. • Community organizations. • Conduct in-person office visits to legal & medical partners (daily route). • Set up and attend networking meetings, lunches, and presentations. • Track referrals, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM software. • Deliver marketing material and updates to referral partners. • Attend legal, medical, and community events to build brand presence. • Coordinate new PI patient onboarding and ensure referral partners receive updates/follow-through. • Maintain excellent professional communication and follow-up discipline. Qualifications: • Prior experience in personal injury, legal, medical, or outside sales preferred. • Strong relationship-building and communication skills. • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. • Highly organized with follow-up and CRM discipline. • Positive attitude, professional presence, and strong work ethic. • Ability to work independently and achieve measurable goals. Compensation: $63,000 Base + Commission
