Job Description

We are seeking motivated and outgoing Door-to-Door Canvassers to generate qualified leads for HVAC services, including system replacements, tune-ups, and energy efficiency upgrades. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, talking with people, and earning performance-based pay.

Responsibilities

Canvass assigned neighborhoods to speak with homeowners

Educate residents on HVAC services, promotions, and energy-saving options

Identify homeowner needs and qualify potential leads

Schedule appointments for HVAC technicians or sales consultants

Accurately record customer information using provided tools

Represent the company professionally and courteously at all times

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with door-to-door outreach

Positive attitude and self-motivated

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Reliable transportation and smartphone required

Prior canvassing, sales, or customer service experience preferred (not required)
