Position Summary:

The Marketing & Sales / Community Relationship Coordinator is responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and building strong partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and influencers. This role plays a critical part in growing our client base and positioning Stretch Zone as a health and wellness resource in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

•	Community Outreach & Partnerships

•	Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, first responders, fitness centers, schools, and wellness professionals

•	Represent Stretch Zone at local events, health fairs, and networking opportunities

•	Create partnership programs or promotional collaborations

•	Sales & Lead Generation

•	Drive inbound and outbound lead generation through local networking, referrals, and community initiatives

•	Track and follow up on leads to book introductory stretch sessions

•	Support studio staff in converting trial sessions into memberships

•	Marketing & Brand Promotion

•	Coordinate local marketing campaigns, promotions, and giveaways

•	Manage social media presence in collaboration with corporate brand guidelines

•	Create simple content for local events and client success stories

•	Client Engagement

•	Promote a positive client experience before, during, and after sessions

•	Gather testimonials and feedback to support marketing efforts

•	Organize referral and loyalty programs

Qualifications:

•	1+ year in marketing, sales, or community relations preferred

•	Strong interpersonal and communication skills

•	Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and outgoing personality

•	Passion for wellness, fitness, or healthcare industries

•	Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or events
