This is not a behind-the-scenes sales support role. You'll be the first impression of our firm—building relationships over the phone during the day and representing our brand at exclusive educational dinner events throughout the Charleston area in the evenings. Responsibilities: Marketing Coordination Contact new event attendees to build rapport, identify needs, answer questions, and schedule qualified appointments with our financial advisors. Scouting new locations for dinner seminars and events as needed. Welcoming attendees and creating a warm, professional first impression. Introducing the Lead Advisor and helping facilitate a seamless event experience. Handling all logistics for locations, including booking, ordering, and general communication with the venues. Designing and preparing all invites and updating content for advisors. Tracking and A/B testing all outbound marketing for dinner seminars and events. Set up and break down all dinner seminar materials. Accurately documenting every interaction in Salesforce CRM Meet with attendees after presentations to schedule complimentary strategy appointments. Sales Coordination Make 100+ outbound calls daily (80+ on Mondays and event days) to prospects who have registered for or attended one of our educational events. Complete post-event administrative tasks and appointment confirmations. Prepare and coordinate first appointment welcome packets. Maintain accurate CRM records and campaign updates. Execute a consistent follow-up strategy to ensure every qualified prospect receives an exceptional experience. When volumes dictate the need, professionally answer inbound calls. Support client appreciation initiatives, welcome gifts, and referral programs. Uphold the firm's standards for professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance in every interaction. Qualifications: What Makes You Successful Confident in overcoming objections and building trust. Organized with exceptional attention to detail. Personable, energetic, and professional. Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A strong communicator both in person and over the phone. Accountable and dependable—you own your results. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in business development, events coordination, marketing coordination, inside sales, appointment setting, customer service, or a similar client-facing role preferred. Strong verbal communication skills. Experience with Salesforce or another CRM preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work occasional evening events (typically two per week). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 On Target Earnings
