About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. This individual will play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives, social media presence, client communication, and print production management. Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Social Media
Design and produce marketing content and production art.
Create, post, and manage company content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
Utilize and optimize Google Ads / Google AdWords to increase brand visibility.
Sales Support & Lead Generation
Make outbound sales calls (1–2 hours daily) to existing clients and new leads from marketing programs.
Provide quotes to customers and internal sales staff.
Estimate print jobs and project manage, including scheduling and coordination
Coordinate and prepare samples, proofs, and tracking updates for clients and sales team.
Build and maintain CRM systems to streamline customer data and outreach
Conduct cold calling to set up appointments and drive sales growth
Print Project Management
Manage print projects from start to finish, including coordination with vendors, press checks, proof pickups, and deliveries.
Make updates to master pricing files and website content as needed.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and project components.
Collaborate with outside vendors and marketing agencies for project execution
Administrative & Office Support
Run occasional company errands, including picking up samples, supplies, or conducting press checks
Participate in internal team events, brainstorming sessions, and creative development
Assist with day-to-day tasks to keep office operations running smoothly
Work closely with the owner and key sales representatives to develop strategies and improve sales performance
Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of experience in marketing, print production, or sales support (preferred)
Proficiency in graphic design or production art software (Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
Understanding of Google Ads / Google AdWords, Instagram, LinkedIn and social media scheduling tools
Strong verbal communication skills for outbound sales calls
Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
Must have experience with AI-driven sales software such as Sales Navigator, Apollo IO, or Zoom Info
Experience in sales support, business development, or customer service preferred
Must posses Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales prospecting tools
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed
