About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated and creative Marketing & Sales Development Intern to support our team in driving growth, brand visibility, and client engagement. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, market research, lead generation, and strategic business initiatives. You’ll work closely with the marketing and BD teams to execute campaigns, analyze trends, and contribute to proposals and outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Support
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web platforms.
- Create and schedule social media content to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Support the design and development of marketing collateral, presentations, and newsletters.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and website analytics.
Sales Support
- Research potential clients, partners, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in preparing proposals, capability statements, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with leads, contacts, and outreach activity.
- Support coordination of BD meetings, events, and client communications.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools or marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
