    We are seeking a full-time Marketing / Sales Representative to help expand our referral network for Pooled Income Trust services. This is a true “road warrior” role—most days are spent on the move , traveling across New York, including Long Island, all five boroughs of NYC, Westchester, and Rockland. The ideal candidate is independent, highly organized, and thrives on face-to-face engagement, educating referral partners about complex financial solutions in a clear and compelling way. Success in this role is measured not only by the volume of referrals but also by the depth and sustainability of the relationships developed.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary outreach and relationship manager for referral partners, including elder law attorneys, geriatric care managers, social workers, and organizations serving individuals with disabilities.
    • Conduct in-person visits and meetings with prospective and existing referral sources across New York, building trust and clearly communicating the value of Pooled Income Trust services.
    • Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential referral sources, actively identifying opportunities for collaboration.
    • Educate referral partners on eligibility rules, trust usage, and practical benefits of Pooled Income Trusts, ensuring they feel confident recommending the services to clients.
    • Attend relevant networking events, professional meetings, and conferences to increase awareness of the organization and its services.
    • Coordinate closely with internal teams to track outreach activity, follow-ups, and referral development to ensure alignment and reporting accuracy.
    • Represent the organization as a knowledgeable, professional ambassador, demonstrating credibility, expertise, and a client-first approach at every touchpoint.

    Qualifications

    • Familiarity with Pooled Income Trusts, Medicaid planning, or existing relationships in the elder law or social services space is a significant advantage.
    • Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or professional outreach, ideally in healthcare, elder law, nonprofit, or financial services.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Comfort with a highly mobile, field-based role that requires self-motivation, organization, and strategic outreach.
    • Ability to explain complex topics clearly and professionally to a diverse audience of professionals.
    • Willingness to travel extensively across Long Island, NYC's five boroughs, Westchester, and Rockland, maintaining a consistent in-person presence with referral partners.

    Compensation

    • $75,000 base salary
    • Commission structure tied to referral performance
