Part-Time Contract Marketing Shipping Specialist

Schedule: Monday–Wednesday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (contract position)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Contract Marketing Shipping Specialist to support our marketing team by preparing and shipping materials to outside sales representatives, trade shows, and other marketing events. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on shipping and receiving experience who is organized, professional, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack, label, and ship marketing materials for:
• • Outside sales representatives
  • Trade shows and events
  • Marketing initiatives and special projects
• Prepare shipments accurately and efficiently to meet deadlines
• Operate shipping equipment and systems (UPS labeling machine experience a plus)
• Maintain organized shipping and inventory areas
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal team members
• Follow established processes while identifying opportunities for efficiency

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in shipping & receiving, warehouse, or logistics required
• Experience using a UPS labeling machine or similar shipping systems is a plus
• Computer literate with the ability to learn shipping software and internal systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Clear verbal communication skills and professional presence
• Ability to lift, pack, and move boxes/materials as required
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work consistently during scheduled hours
