    Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

    Residential Property Management | Kansas Apartments & Townhomes

    We are seeking a creative, organized, and motivated social media & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing residential property management team. This position will support the marketing efforts for multiple communities by managing social media, creating marketing materials, maintaining online business profiles, planning, and working resident events, and helping increase community engagement and occupancy.

    The ideal candidate is energetic, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing both digital marketing responsibilities and in-person community involvement.

    Responsibilities

    Social Media & Digital Marketing

    Create and manage engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms

    Develop marketing campaigns and promotional ideas for apartment and townhome communities

    Schedule and monitor social media posts, advertisements, and community updates

    Assist with digital advertising efforts including Google Ads and online promotions

    Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to keep marketing fresh and effective

    Create, update, and maintain Google Business Profiles for multiple communities

    Monitor, respond to, and help improve Google Reviews and online reputation

    Assist with increasing local search visibility and online presence through Google Business optimization

    Marketing Materials & Branding

    Design and distribute marketing flyers, promotional materials, signage, and community advertisements

    Assist with branding consistency across all marketing platforms and communities

    Coordinate photography, drone footage, and promotional video content

    Create walk-through videos and visual marketing content for leasing purposes

    Help maintain and update website content and online listings

    Resident Events & Community Engagement

    Plan, organize, promote, and coordinate resident events and community activities from beginning to end.

    Work onsite during events including setup, vendor coordination, resident interaction, and cleanup

    Promote events through social media, flyers, email campaigns, and community outreach

    Assist with resident referral programs and tenant retention initiatives

    Market Research & Administrative Support

    Monitor local market trends, competitor pricing, and promotional specials

    Identify new marketing opportunities and strategies to increase occupancy and resident retention

    Work closely with management and onsite teams to support leasing and community goals

    Qualifications

    Experience in social media management, marketing, event planning, or related field preferred

    Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

    Experience with Canva, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools

    Graphic design experience preferred

    Comfortable attending and working community events, including occasional evenings or weekends

    Experience in residential property management or multifamily housing is a plus

    Self-motivated, creative, and team-oriented
