We are a premier, patient-centered periodontal and implant specialty practice located in Chevy Chase, MD, seeking a talented and creative Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of the practice’s marketing, branding, and outreach efforts, both digitally and within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all marketing initiatives, including digital, print, and event-based campaigns

Manage and grow the practice’s social media presence across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Capture, edit, and publish high-quality content (photos, videos, reels) that reflect our brand and patient care philosophy

Maintain and update website content to ensure consistency and relevance

Organize and execute referral outreach programs and events to strengthen professional relationships

Develop email marketing campaigns and promotional materials in alignment with strategic goals

Ideal Candidate:

Proficient in content creation, social media strategy, and digital marketing tools

Ability to create innovative content, supported by relevant images and videos

Strong visual and creative skills with an eye for design and branding

Strong storytelling capabilities to meet our community interests and ability to write concise and clear content for shorter formats

Experienced with photo/video editing software and content scheduling platforms

Familiarity with organic creative content and paid advertisement strategies

Both proactive and reactive thinking to anticipate and capitalize on content opportunities

Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Prior experience in healthcare, dental, wellness, or luxury service industries is preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (in-office)

Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hybrid – combination of in-office and remote work)

Fridays off

Position Details:

Part-time or full-time (flexible based on candidate experience)

In-person/hybrid role based in Chevy Chase, MD
