    Position Overview

    We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support the execution of marketing initiatives in the U.S. market. In this role, you will work closely with international marketing teams and U.S.-based stakeholders to implement marketing campaigns, develop content, and support brand positioning across multiple product lines.

    This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, digital marketing, product marketing, and go-to-market execution, ensuring consistent messaging while adapting campaigns to different audiences and channels.

    Location: Remote – United States
    Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 per year
    Employment Type: Full-time

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans aligned with global strategy and U.S. market priorities.
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital, social media, and sales channels.
    • Translate product value propositions into clear and compelling messaging for different customer segments.
    • Create and adapt marketing and sales enablement materials such as presentations, brochures, case studies, and product content.
    • Support lead generation initiatives and marketing campaigns in collaboration with sales teams and distribution partners.
    • Coordinate marketing support for product launches, trade shows, and industry events.
    • Manage and support digital marketing activities including website content, social media, and campaign execution.
    • Develop engaging content and storytelling to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
    • Monitor digital performance and market trends to help optimize marketing strategies.
    • Coordinate the creation of marketing content including written materials, visuals, and videos for digital platforms, events, and sales support.
    • Ensure all marketing materials reflect the company’s brand values, innovation, and product positioning.
    • Collaborate with global marketing teams to adapt campaigns and initiatives for the U.S. market.
    • Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and external partners to ensure successful campaign execution.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within a structured or international company environment.
    • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing environments.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content strategy.
    • Ability to translate marketing strategies into actionable campaigns and initiatives.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Experience working with international teams is a plus.
    • Spanish language skills are a plus.
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience supporting product launches and brand positioning.
    • Familiarity with premium consumer products, lifestyle brands, or technology-driven products.
    • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on marketing execution.
