Job Description

We are seeking a creative and AI-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team at Renew by RJ. As a Med Spa Marketer, you will play a key role in promoting our services, building brand awareness, and driving patient engagement. AI creation and experience is a must for this role. We are looking for someone who already uses AI tools to plan, design, write, produce, and report so that the work moves faster and the manual labor goes away. Your focus will be on developing and executing AI-powered marketing initiatives that highlight our treatments, enhance our online and community presence, and attract new and returning clients.

Responsibilities

· Develop and implement AI-powered marketing strategies to promote med spa services, events, and special promotions.

· Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Canva Pro, CapCut, and similar) as your daily production environment.

· Produce a minimum of 3 publish-ready social content pieces per day, leveraging AI to keep volume and quality high.

· Build and maintain prompt libraries, brand voice guides, and automation workflows so AI output stays on-brand at scale.

· Coordinate community outreach efforts, partnerships, and local events to increase brand visibility.

· Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI, using AI to summarize what is working and what to test next.

· Collaborate with leadership and clinical staff to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

· Maintain knowledge of current trends in medical aesthetics, wellness marketing, AI tooling, and digital media strategies.

· Continuously evaluate new AI tools as they launch and pilot the ones that fit our workflow.

· Provide exceptional communication with clients and the community to ensure a positive brand experience.

Requirements

· AI creation and hands-on production experience is required. You must be able to show a portfolio of work you have produced using AI tools (content, video, design, copy, or campaigns).

· Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in aesthetics or wellness.

· Hands-on fluency with AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, and at least one generative video tool (Runway, Sora, Kling, Pika, or equivalent).

· Strong skills in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.

· Proficient in Canva Pro including brand kits, template systems, Magic Resize, and AI-assisted design features.

· Comfortable building and sending email and SMS campaigns including layout, copy, and segmentation.

· Video editing skills, comfortable cutting, pacing, captioning, and formatting for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

· Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

· Creative mindset with the ability to design and execute campaigns that attract and engage clients.

· Desired Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

· Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, as needed for events.
