    Job Description

    Ready to make an impact? Join our high-energy Institutional Marketing team supporting Walden University, Chamberlain University, or Ross University School of Medicine —and help bring bold, innovative marketing campaigns to life! As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll work across major media channels (TV, CTV, paid search, web, social, display, video, CRM, and more) to reach high-quality audiences, elevate the customer journey, and fuel enrollment growth.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Build smart, data-driven annual marketing plans that align with university and program goals.
    • Team up with enrollment and media partners to shape strategy, refine positioning, and guide campaign execution.
    • Find creative ways to boost awareness, drive stronger lead flow, and improve conversion.
    • Collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to optimize media plans that increase traffic, inquiries, and new students.
    • Use data and analytics to track performance, uncover insights, and influence key decisions.
    • Coordinate seamless execution across agency partners, creative, and operations teams.
    • Keep product claims, differentiators, and messaging fresh and accurate.
    • Manage creative production and ensure all assets meet brand and compliance standards.
    • Create engaging, personalized content across the customer journey.
    • Lead development of webinar content with enrollment, faculty, and events teams.
    • Stay on top of competitors and emerging media trends, product positioning and pricing to keep our campaigns ahead of the curve.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • Three (3) plus years in marketing or agency work (bonus points if you’ve worked across digital + offline media).
    • Excellent project management and communication skills.
    • A creative, collaborative mindset paired with strong analytical thinking.
    • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable insights.
    • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • A proactive, organized, detail-driven approach—you get things done and get them done well.
    • Ability to train others, explain processes clearly, and deliver compelling reports.

    Additional Information

    _In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $49,199.33 and $88,841.36. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
