    Job Purpose

    This role supports the Electric and Automation divisions by leading marketing strategy, content development, and brand communication across platforms. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling messaging, driving campaigns, and helping field and office teams win new work through high-impact marketing programs. Success in this role means telling the KE story with clarity and confidence, all while upholding our commitment to Safety, People, Passion, and Performance.     What You’ll Do

    You’ll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

    • Build and execute marketing plans aligned with Electric and Automation divisional goals
    • Launch lead-generation and brand-awareness campaigns across target industries
    • Translate technical services into customer-focused content
    • Develop proposals, one-pagers, video scripts, email campaigns, and case studies
    • Collaborate with BD and estimating to support sales with tailored messaging and tools
    • Drive brand positioning and campaign messaging that reflects KE’s fast-paced work
    • Monitor market trends, lead funnel performance, and competitive positioning
    • Support trade show and event strategy in partnership with the Events team
    • Report marketing ROI and optimize based on analytics
    • Ensure message consistency across touchpoints and platforms

    • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in construction, automation, or industrial services
    • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to simplify complex technical ideas
    • A track record of marketing program success in fast-paced environments
    • Hands-on project management skills and cross-functional team collaboration
    • Experience navigating conversations with field teams and executives
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and video production is a plus

    Pay Range

    We believe in paying for the value you bring to the team, and we aim to be competitive in every market we hire in.

    Pay Range: $70,000 – $100,000 per year plus discretionary incentive opportunities
