  • Responsibilities

    The Marketing Specialist partners with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing initiatives, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and help ensure brand consistency across channels and markets. This role supports day-to-day marketing execution and may provide guidance to marketing support staff as the team grows. Responsibilities: Project & Program Management • Coordinate recognition programs, internal communications, and leadership presentations • Oversee website updates and support new product/service or location launches • Support CRM and customer communications content and experience improvements • Develop and manage vendor relationships Community & Partnership Initiatives • Coordinate company-wide community engagement and charitable initiatives • Manage community outreach partnerships and charitable collaborations • Support planning and promotion of local events, activations, and customer/community activities Content Development & Brand Storytelling • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to create market/customer guides, web pages, and campaign content • Manage social media presence for assigned brands, products, or markets • Support in developing presentations and materials for company events and business development opportunities • Daily execution and direction of the marketing coordinator staff • Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned Qualifications: Education: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field; or equivalent work experience and knowledge. Experience: • Four+ years of related experience in marketing or advertising • Real estate experience preferred • Supervisory experience preferred Knowledge and Skills: • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with common marketing and design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Squarespace, WordPress, Meta, and Google) and comfort working across PC and Mac environments • Creativity and the ability to produce unique marketing materials, creative ads, and promotional programs • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills • Project management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrently • Effective interpersonal skills and leadership abilities • Effective analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 yearly
