Position Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic Home Care Marketing Specialist with 2–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or social work to lead client acquisition and revenue growth ($200,000–$500,000 annually). This role suits a self-starter skilled in relationship-building and navigating healthcare networks, collaborating with our team to meet billable hours and client targets.
Key Responsibilities
Build Referral Networks: Develop relationships with medical and non-medical referral sources through 5–7 weekly outreach visits.
Drive Revenue Growth: Use community events, digital campaigns, and strategic outreach to achieve $200,000–$500,000 in client revenue.
Represent Our Brand: Act as the face of Executive Home Care at networking events and senior-focused gatherings.
Strategize and Execute: Create a networking plan, track progress in CRM tools, and report weekly to optimize outreach.
Collaborate Internally: Align strategies with business goals for seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Enhance Community Presence: Lead outreach and volunteer initiatives to build trust in North Dallas.
Who You Are
Resilient, people-oriented self-starter with 2–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or social work (home care/healthcare experience a plus).
Skilled at building long-term relationships, undeterred by rejection, and motivated by challenges.
Strategic, disciplined, and passionate about advocating for seniors and families.
Proficient in (or willing to learn) CRM tools and data-driven outreach.
Organized, proactive, with reliable transportation for local field visits in Allen, Frisco, and Prosper.
What We Offer
Competitive Compensation:
Base Salary: $45,000/year.
Performance-Based Earnings: Commissions up to $20,000 (e.g., $16,500 on $400,000 sales) plus quarterly bonuses (up to $15,000/year for goals like 7 new clients or 20% lead growth).
OTE Range: $74,000 ($200,000 sales) to $80,000 ($400,000+ sales).

Qualifications
