Responsibilities: • Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information • Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization • Assist with Campaign Execution: Support the Marketing Manager in the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events. • Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and informative content for various marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and email campaigns. Develop new design assets and ensure all client-facing materials align with the firm's brand voice. • **Analytics & ROI Reporting: **Prepare a comprehensive monthly ROI report • SEO Strategy: Audit site performance (page speed, meta tags, content gaps) and identify new content opportunities. • Ad Campaign Management: Refresh creative to avoid ad fatigue, by testing 1–2 new ads targeting audience strategies; conduct competitive ad analysis. • **Call Review & Sales Alignment: **Provide a monthly report on call quality and trends, and work with the team to improve intake processes and scripts. • Digital Asset Management: Manage digital assets such as images, videos, and graphics, ensuring they are organized, up-to-date, and readily accessible for use in marketing materials. • Social Media Management: Assist in managing the firm's social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments or messages to maintain a consistent and engaging online presence. • Client Communications: Support the creation and distribution of client communications, including newsletters, updates, and event invitations, to keep clients informed about relevant legal topics and firm news. • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and client demographics to provide insights that inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth. • Event Support: Provide logistical support for firm events, seminars, webinars, and workshops, including venue coordination, registration management, promotional material preparation, and attendee follow-up. • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing activities, such as maintaining marketing calendars, updating contact lists, tracking expenses, and preparing reports. • Attend staff meetings. • Submit Key Performance Indicators (KPI) worksheets weekly. • Work in accordance with the Firm's policies and procedures. • Expand the scope of duties based on project needs. Qualifications: • Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape • Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms • Prefer a Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, or equivalent work experience required. • Prior experience in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to create clear and compelling content. • Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus. • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines. • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. • Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to collaborate with colleagues across departments.
