As a Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in executing, optimizing, and measuring marketing campaigns and programs to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth for Impactiia's clients and for our own brand. You'll work cross-functionally with creative, events, CSR, digital, and account teams to turn strategy into action.
Manage campaign logistics: timelines, asset creation, vendor coordination, budgets, approvals.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, engagement rates, conversion, ROI) and generate regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Assist with SEO, SEM, and website/content optimization efforts.
Support event marketing initiatives: pre-event promotion, onsite materials, post-event follow-up and measurement.
Work with account teams to ensure marketing deliverables align with client goals and brand standards.
Help maintain and strengthen the Impactiia brand identity ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling messaging.
Excellent project-management skills able to manage multiple concurrent campaigns, timelines and stakeholders.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
Analytical and data-driven: comfortable interpreting metrics and offering insights to improve performance.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of the New Orleans market and local community networks is a plus.
Experience with event marketing and CSR initiatives is a bonus.
