Marketing Specialist
Job Overview:
Creates marketing campaigns and strategies for all incoming projects. Responsible for campaign creation, market research, execution, modifications, and the results study by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Receives, requests & meets with clients that need campaigns and sets marketing campaign objectives and parameters.
Reviews materials and information presented by clients and discusses various production factors to determine the most desirable presentation concept.
Plans and formulates aspects of research and development proposals such as objective or purpose of project applications that can be utilized from the research, costs of project, equipment and human resource requirements.
Determines and develops audience profile.
Meets each marketing channel team to present campaign, preliminary requests, & strategize/brainstorm
content plan based on campaign branding/messaging/strategy and schedules the promotion of the campaign.
Reviews and analyzes proposals submitted to determine if benefits derived and possible applications to justify expenditures.
Approves and submits proposals considered feasible to management for consideration and allocation of funds, or allocates funds from department budget.
Develops messaging, branding and style and presents to clients for final Approval.
Finalize Content Plan & Scheduling based on brainstorming meeting
Presents Final Budget to client for Approval
Creates a timeline & action plan of campaign
Measures Results: Study Analytics & Tweak Advertisement efforts as needed
Tracks industry trends, relevant legislation, and competitor activities.
Develops the strategic branded message & copy for all areas of campaign.
Creates reports & analyzes results of all projects
Professional Qualifications
Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, CRM systems, and content management systems
Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
Experience with executing Meta and Google Ad campaigns.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Strong communication skills
Email Marketing Experience (Any ESP, specifically with SF Marketing Cloud).
Education and/or Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (4 Year Degree); or 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
