Magnetic, a top-performing boutique luxury real estate firm in New York City, is seeking a Marketing Specialist who thrives in both strategy and execution. We’re looking for someone who will roll up their sleeves, own the marketing process from idea to implementation, and bring creative vision to life across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with the Director of Operations and Founder, playing a pivotal role in launching a real estate book in the second half of 2025. The Marketing Specialist will own and execute an integrated, A-to-Z marketing strategy for the firm and its leadership brand. The ideal candidate comes from a small business background, with proven experience building campaigns from the ground up, from planning and creative design to tracking performance and reporting results. This is a hands-on role: you’ll be designing social media calendars, editing video for short-form platforms, managing paid ads, and drafting email campaigns. You will also take part in a unique project showcasing your ability to repurpose content into a full multi-channel campaign, tied to the Founders’ upcoming book launch. Compensation • Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 based on experience • Bonus Opportunity • Growth Potential • Paid Time Off Responsibilities: Reporting directly to the Director of Operations and Founder, you will: • Create and Execute Marketing Strategy : Plan and oversee full marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms. • Content Creation : Produce and edit video content for reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts; design engaging graphics and ads using Canva and other creative tools. • Social Media Management : Develop and manage content calendars, schedule planned posts, and engage with audiences across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. • Advertising & Lead Generation: Manage and optimize Google Ads, paid social campaigns, and retargeting. • Email & Text Campaigns: Design and distribute newsletters, drip campaigns, and promotional messages. • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to drive improvements. • Special Projects : Collaborate on the CEO’s book launch, speaking engagements, PR initiatives, and other high-impact marketing events. • Agent Support : Train team agents on social media and help them build their personal brand. Qualifications: We’re looking for someone who brings both creativity and accountability to the table: • Proven success in small business marketing , ideally in real estate, professional services, or related industries. • Hands-on experience creating and executing multi-channel strategies, including social media, Google Ads, email, and text campaigns. • Strong skills in video editing, short-form content production, and Canva-based design. • Ability to produce and manage content calendars and plan campaigns in advance. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong copywriting ability. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Growth-minded, resourceful, and motivated to bring ideas to life. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Canva, and social media scheduling tools.
