Move Forward AZ is hiring a Marketing Specialist to lead marketing, database engagement, and growth initiatives. In this role, you’ll create content, execute campaigns, and keep the client database engaged through consistent communication, all with the goal of generating referrals and new opportunities for the team. This role sits at the center of the business, supporting leadership and agents while owning marketing from idea to execution. You’ll play a key role in building relationships, strengthening the brand, and driving consistent lead flow. Compensation • Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 • Paid Time Off • Paid Sick Leave • Performance-based bonus opportunity Responsibilities: • Execute brand-building initiatives that increase visibility and attract new opportunities • Produce high-quality creative assets (video, graphics, written content) • Manage social media presence and posting cadence across all platforms • Maintain consistent brand standards across all marketing materials • Plan and coordinate client events, appreciation experiences, and outreach effortsStrengthen relationships through intentional client communication and follow-upCreate property marketing materials and promotional assetsSupport talent attraction efforts through branding and event coordination • Maintain organized marketing assets, files, and internal resources Qualifications: • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Tech-savvy and excited by learning new systems and tools • Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong communicator with a service-oriented mindset • A natural connector who enjoys engaging with clients and building relationships • Interested in supporting the growth of both the client database and the team itself • Real estate experience is helpful but not required. Experience working within a small business environment is strongly preferred Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
