We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our marketing strategy, generate high-quality leads, and help drive real revenue growth, not just impressions or likes.

🎯 What You’ll Do

Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and sales growth

Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and other paid channels

Create and oversee high-converting content (videos, reels, before/after transformations, ads)

Develop and manage social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms

Use tools like HubSpot (or CRM) to track leads, nurture campaigns, and measure ROI

Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve conversion rates

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing aligns with revenue goals

Travel between locations (Charlotte, Monroe, Raleigh, Charleston) to capture content and support local campaigns

What We’re Looking For

2–5+ years of marketing experience (home services, construction, remodeling, or similar is a plus)

Proven track record of generating leads and increasing sales through marketing

Strong experience with:

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Content creation (video-first mindset preferred)

CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)

Ability to think strategically AND execute hands-on

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment

Willingness to travel between locations
