In this role, you will work closely with leadership, operations, and media teams to support social media, partner communications, and content consistency across platforms. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and uniform updates for partners while helping maintain the company’s marketing and communications infrastructure. This is an in-office, hands-on role ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced oil and gas environment. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage social media content across company platforms • Assist with drafting, scheduling, and publishing communications and marketing content • Provide continuous partner updates in coordination with internal teams • Work hand-in-hand with operations and media teams to gather field updates, photos, and videos • Help translate operational activity into clear, professional marketing and partner-facing content • Assist with maintaining the partner/investor portal, ensuring all materials are uniform, accurate, and current • Identify inconsistencies or missing content and coordinate visibility and corrections • Track basic engagement metrics and content performance as requested Qualifications: • Advanced knowledge of current market trends • Associate degree (2-year minimum) or equivalent experience required • Bachelor’s degree a plus • Experience in marketing, communications, or social media coordination • High attention to detail and consistency • Ability to work collaboratively in an in-office environment What We Offer • Competitive compensation based on experience ($30,000–$40,000 DOE) • Performance-based bonus • Collaborative, in-office team environment • Opportunity for growth and increased responsibility Join one of the fastest-growing oil and gas companies in South Texas Compensation: $36,500
