    We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role involves developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive measurable results. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, strategic, and passionate about creating impactful marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

    Responsibilities

    • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.

    • Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and target audiences.

    • Collaborate with creative, content, and operations teams to ensure message consistency.

    • Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

    • Develop engaging promotional materials and ensure brand alignment across all platforms.

    • Assist in event planning, advertising, and partnership development.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent years’ work.
    • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, copywriting, or communications, with a strong emphasis on email marketing and content creation.
    • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Eloqua, Adobe Creative Cloud, project management software, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and document management systems (e.g., SharePoint).
    • Working knowledge of HTML, with an eye for design and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Team player who collaborates effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders with a solutions oriented approach to challenges.
    • Experience in developing and executing email campaign strategies, including segmentation and content calendar management.
    • Skilled in copywriting and storytelling, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences and channels.
    • Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation.
    • Creative and innovative thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in prioritization, organization, and project management abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
    • Bonus: Experience in the event industry or with event marketing.
    • This role requires 5-10% domestic travel for business purposes.

    The salary range for this role is $55,000-$65,000 based on experience.
