We’re hiring a dynamic marketing coordinator to bring our brand to the next level. As a member of the marketing team, you’ll assist the owner with the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns through in-person networking, promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, phone calls, and social media. The ideal candidate for this position balances creativity with structure, can effectively work with a team to bring great ideas to life, and is committed to on-brand quality work. Responsibilities: • Relationship Building: Attend office, industry, and networking events to build relationships with collaborators. • On-Site Brand Representation: Serving as the face of the brand at events. This involves engaging directly with consumers and collaborators, answering questions, and creating a positive, personal connection. • Customer Engagement: Engaging directly with potential and existing customers to educate them about products or services and answer questions. • Market Research: Collecting feedback, insights, and data from customers and prospects to inform marketing strategies. • Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand. • Answer and make phone calls to potential clients and agents. Qualifications: We are looking for individuals who: • Are relational and excel at building strong connections within the community. • Possess strong organizational skills and are capable of managing multiple marketing initiatives. • Are sales-driven and can leverage promotions to increase business performance. • Have experience in event coordination, social media management, or community outreach. • Show a commitment to continuous improvement and personal growth. Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
